About UploadFixer
UploadFixer exists for one moment: a website just rejected your file. Too large, wrong format, wrong dimensions, or "please upload a flattened PDF" — and you need it fixed now, without installing software, creating an account, or handing a sensitive document to a random server.
How it works
Every tool runs inside your browser using standard web technology (Canvas, WebAssembly, and open-source PDF libraries). Your file is opened on your own device, fixed there, and saved back from there. Our server sends the page; it never receives the file. That is also why the tools are fast and free — there is no upload queue and no processing farm.
Verified requirements, not folklore
Where a tool offers a preset for a specific portal (for example a government photo spec or a file-size cap), the numbers come from that portal's official documentation. Each preset and each entry in the requirements directory cites its primary source and shows the date we last verified it — and requirements change, so we say so and link you to the source rather than asking you to trust us blindly.
What we don't do
UploadFixer fixes the mechanical properties of files. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, medical, or financial advice; it will not tell you which form to file or how to answer an application. It is an independent utility operated by Webmaster and More LLC and is not affiliated with any government agency, court, or company whose requirements it describes.
Honest results
A tool here only reports success when the output verifiably meets the target you selected — the size is actually under the limit, the dimensions actually match, the form fields are actually flattened. When a target can't be met, we say that plainly and explain why.
